Ketamine Integration Therapy for Women 25+ in Texas

Supporting Your Healing Journey

Ketamine-assisted therapy can open the door to powerful insights and emotional breakthroughs. But the journey doesn’t end when the medicine session is over—the real transformation happens when those insights are integrated into everyday life.

At My Favorite Day, PLLC, I provide a safe and supportive space for women ages 25+ living in Texas to integrate their ketamine experiences through a unique blend of art therapy, reflective journaling, and guided contemplations. The 10-week integration program is designed to deepen the impact of your ketamine sessions and help you apply what you’ve discovered in meaningful, lasting ways.

What to Expect

  • Consultation First
Before joining, we’ll meet for a consultation to discuss your goals, ensure we have a mutually available time, and confirm insurance authorization.
  • 10-Week Integration Program
Sessions combine creative art-making, structured journaling prompts, and guided contemplations that help you translate your ketamine experiences into personal growth.
  • No Art Skills Required
You don’t need to be an artist—just open to the process. That said, clients who enjoy making art often find themselves more engaged and sustained throughout the journey.
  • Supplies Needed
Cardstock or an art journal, markers, colored pencils, and watercolors. Simple tools with powerful impact.
  • Referrals You Can Trust
My integration work is highly sought after, with referrals from respected mental health providers in the community. Clients have described this process as “the bridge between insight and lasting change.”

Why Art Therapy + Journaling?

Art allows you to express what words alone cannot. Journaling anchors the experience in reflection and clarity. Together, these practices activate both hemispheres of the brain—engaging creativity and logic, intuition and analysis. This integrative approach enhances neuroplasticity, making it easier to sustain positive shifts that emerge during ketamine treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide ketamine treatment?
No. Ketamine must be prescribed and administered by a qualified medical provider. My role is to help you integrate the experiences you have with that provider into your daily life.

Who is this for?
Women ages 25+ who live in Texas and are already engaged with a clinical ketamine provider.

Do I need art experience?
Not at all. Many clients are beginners. However, if you truly dislike making art, this approach may not be the right fit since engagement is key to progress.

How long is the program?
10 weeks, with weekly sessions.

What happens before I start?
We’ll schedule a consultation to explore your goals, confirm scheduling, and secure insurance authorization before moving forward.

Can insurance help cover the cost?
Yes, I accept most major insurances. For those out-of-network, a superbill can be provided for reimbursement depending on your plan.
