Investing in Your Wellbeing: Insurance & Payment Options
Your mental health is important — and accessing care should feel clear and stress-free. Below you’ll find details about insurance coverage, private pay rates, and reimbursement options.

I currently accept the following insurance providers (if you do not see your provider, please reach out for an authorization inquiry):
- Aetna
- Cigna

- BCBS of Texas
- BCBS of Massachusetts
- Horizon, BCBS of New Jersey
- Carelon Behavior Health

Private Pay
- Private pay rate is $150 per session.
- Payment is due at the time of service.
Out-of-Network & Superbills
If I am not in-network with your insurance, you may still be able to get reimbursed. Here’s how it works:
- Verify with your insurance policy your out-of-network benefits.
- I provide a Superbill (an itemized receipt) after payment.
- You submit it directly to your insurance company for reimbursement
A Note on Investment
Choosing therapy or guided meditation with journaling is more than a transaction — it’s an investment in your calm, clarity, and growth. My goal is to make sure payment never feels confusing, so you can focus on what truly matters: your wellbeing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I know if I have out-of-network benefits?
A: Call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. Ask, “Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits for individual therapy?” If yes, ask what percentage is reimbursed and whether you need to meet a deductible first.
Q: What is a Superbill?
A: A Superbill is a detailed receipt for your session that includes the information insurance companies need to process a claim. I provide it after your payment, and you submit it directly to your insurance company.
Q: What if I want to pay out-of-pocket?
A: That’s perfectly fine. Many clients prefer private pay for privacy, flexibility, or when insurance coverage is limited. The rate is $150 per session, payable at the time of service.
Q: Do you offer sliding scale or reduced fees?
A: At this time, I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots based on financial need. Please feel free to reach out and ask about availability.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Payment can be made securely online with a debit or credit card at the time of booking or session.
