Welcome to My Favorite Day, PLLC counseling, art therapy and immersive guided meditation for women. I'm Tressie Seegers, a licensed professional counselor (LPC), registered art therapist (AT-R) and an immersive guided meditation facilitator. I am passionate about my work because I get to witness my clients evolve, elevate and find joy in their inner journey. Women are an integral part of our social order and the backbone of our society. When they are able to reach their full potential, the fabric of our community is galvanized through their strength.
I Help Women Create a Life Worth Living
We are each responsible for managing our own well-being, happiness, behaviors and emotions. I work best with women who are open to increasing their self-awareness in order to gain a better understanding of how they navigate themselves in environments both with others and within themselves. My main modalities of treatment include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Art Therapy and Immersive Guided Meditation.

Why is it called My Favorite Day?
The name My Favorite Day was inspired by an art therapy projective assessment called "My Favorite Kind of Day" created by Trudy Manning. Identifying and articulating what a good day looks like can be helpful when we engage in our own personal journey of life-sculpting, that is creating the life that we want to live. We are each responsible for our own happiness and inner journey.
