Welcome to My Favorite Day, PLLC counseling, art therapy and immersive guided meditation. I'm Tressie Seegers, a licensed professional counselor (LPC), registered art therapist (ATR) and an immersive guided meditation facilitator. I help women build a life worth living and work best with those that are open to increasing self-awareness and engaged in the therapy process. I absolutely love my job and look forward to seeing my clients every week. I am honored to be a part of their life's journey.
We are each responsible for managing our own well-being, happiness, behaviors and emotions. My main modalities of treatment include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Art Therapy and Immersive Guided Meditation.
Why is it called My Favorite Day?
The name My Favorite Day was inspired by an art therapy projective assessment called "My Favorite Kind of Day" created by Trudy Manning. Identifying and articulating what a good day looks like can be helpful when we engage in our own personal journey of life-sculpting, that is creating the life that we want to live. We are each responsible for our own happiness and inner journey.
